Introduction
Cordell Hull Lake
Step back in time, when life was simple, gracious and slow enough to enjoy the gift of life and the beauty of God's handiwork. Sleep comfortably in beautiful historic-designed rooms, awake to eat a full-service gourmet breakfast in a fully-updated 1913 Victorian home.
Take a quiet stroll along Cordell Hull Lake, or merely wet a fishing line. Envision riverboats docking in this historically-rich town, originally named Beech Hill, as they daily paddled their way between Nashville and Kentucky. Then pull up a chair, or sit on a porch step, and listen to local blue grass bands fill the evening air with exciting music from the area's culture.
We'll provide the room, breakfast, and pampering... the charm of Granville's friendliness and smiles will provide the rest to make your getaway unforgettable!
All rooms include full-service, gourmet breakfast, such as: Stuffed French toast, Cheese-grits casserole, pancakes, waffles, Eggs Benedict, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, country ham, fruits, pastries, and more. For those who stay two nights, afternoon tea and light dessert provided upon request, and included in room cost and for an additional cost of $17 per person, steak dinner and dessert. (Reservations required).
