This newly restored property is situated in the historic center of old Mazatlan within walking distance to plazas and classic buildings and churches. Mazatlan is known for its Carnaval and parades galore. It's a truly great vacation experience!

This property features six large suites with individual bathrooms and private balconies. Each suite includes wireless internet, cable TV, refrigerator, and air conditioning. You will also find a full size swimming pool and outdoor dining with several different seating areas. This resort is perfect for corporate retreats, weddings, and family gatherings, not to mention a quiet, romantic place to unwind.

• All Suites are $120 US per night. This rate is based on double occupancy.
• Mandatory Federal Mexican tax of 15% and a bed tax of 2% will be applied.
• To guarantee a reservation, we require a 50% deposit per suite, per night.
• To guarantee reservations during high season, we require payment in full at the time of booking your reservations.
• If your reservation is canceled 30 days or less before check-in day, it is understood that your deposit will be forfeited.
• If your reservation is canceled before the 30-day notice (31 days or more before check-in), a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• The following forms of payment are accepted: U.S. Cash, Mexican Pesos (current exchange rate applied), and Pay Pal.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Check-in time: 3 PM; Check-out time: Noon. Special arrangements can be made for late or early arrivals.
• In consideration of all our guests, smoking is permitted outdoors only.
