However, Mazatlan is not only about beautiful beaches and fishing; it has history, culture and art. Mazatlan features old Mazatlan, a historical center from the 19th century that is home to bohemian cafes and bars, galleries, a beautiful theater and a vital artistic movement of modern dance, music, opera, painting and
sculpture. Mazatlan is definitely the foremost destination on the Mexican Pacific coast for those seeking art, culture, and history while enjoying the many activities along the beautiful beaches. Casa De Leyendas is located in Mazatlan’s Centro Historico district directly across the street from the art museum and only a half block from the Pacific Ocean. This wonderful 2-story, 8,000 square foot home has been fully restored from top to bottom and designed to maintain the historic value and spirit of the past, yet allow guests to enjoy the comforts of the present. Each of its 6 bedrooms has its own private bath and a unique view of the Museo de Arte, the Pacific Ocean or the Internal Garden Courtyard. It has been described by many locals and former guests as “simple elegance.” |

You will receive superior service, excellent meals and beverages, and help with planning your entire stay. Regardless of your choice of activities, you will start your day with a choice of wonderful hot breakfast entrees, fresh fruits, juices, pastries, breads, and coffee or tea. You may choose to have your breakfast served in the privacy of your own suite, or join the group in one of our many eating areas. Any special dietary needs will be addressed prior to your stay.
The house is a great place for large groups such as family reunions, weddings, or anniversaries and can accommodate corporate retreats with plenty of room for meetings of every kind.
