Hike the Historic Flume Trail
Hike the nearby historic flume trail. The marked trail begins at Sheridan Lake and winds through the Blk Hills Forest along Spring Creek (several creek crossings), walk through the tunnels,exploring along the way. Ponderosa Pine, Scrub Oak, Birch and Aspen are just a few of the trees that will skirt your trail. Fishing and swimming are certian possiblities. We will drop your car along the trail and take you to the trail head at Sheridan Lake. Advance planning is appreciated. Minimum 3 night stay required.
