Coffee served on the Veranda every morning at 6:30 am for those earlier risers. Join us each morning in our Formal Victorian Dining Room where our Complimentary Breakfast is served between 8:30 am - 9:00 am, on China, Crystal & Gold Dinnerware, allowing you to enjoy your Full Hot Country Breakfast in Style. A meal you won't soon forget. In the Evening join us between 4 - 7 pm for Complimentary Variety of Snacks with Teas, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Cappuccino & Lemonade. Please let me know if you have a special diet or vegetarian will be glad to accommodate your needs.

Reservation Information & Policies Guest are responsible for payments for ALL nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure dates. 50% deposit required to guarantee a reservation. All one night stays are paid in full at time of booking. Cancellations received 10 days or more prior to your reservations will result in a $35 fee, per room. Cancellations less than 10 days prior to your reservation date will result in loss of your deposit. Remaining balance will be due 48 Hours prior to your reservation date with no refunds or credit. Group bookings of 3 or more rooms require a 50 % deposit to hold your reservations. Group cancellations received more than 45 days from your reservation date with be charged $35 fee per room booked. Group cancellations received 45 days or less from your reservation date, will result in the loss of the deposit. Remaining Balance will be due 30 days prior to the groups reservation date. With no refunds or credit. Check-In: 4 to 7 p.m. Mountain Time Zone (No Early Check-ins - unless it has be arranged). If you are going to be later than the 7 p.m., please call our 1-800-226-2611 to make other arrangements. You must arrive for your First Day Check-In no later than 9 P.M. Our desk closes at this time and no one will be available to check you in which will result in the loss of your reservation for that night with no refunds. Check-Out: 11 a.m. This is a Non-Smoking Inn. We have a designated "smoking area" on the Veranda. We have a small Maltese dog "Mattie" (she is confined to the office or downstairs in our private area she is not allowed to roam the Inn. Maltese are noted for not shedding hair or dander, great for people with allergies Sorry, but we are unable to allow any other Pets in the Inn. Children need to be at least 12 years or older (responsible enough to be in a room of their own. We are more of an adult atmosphere and not set up for small children). Our prices are based on Double Occupancy, 2-people per room only! Subject to all Sales Tax Fees Cash, Traveler's Checks, MasterCard or Visa are accepted.
