Secret Garden Stuffed French Toast & Syrup

4 slices French bread, cut 1" thick
4 Tbsps cream cheese
4 Tbsps marmalade
4 eggs
1/2 cup Half & Half
1 drop of orange oil

Syrup:

1 cup heavy cream
1 cup brown sugar

Slice French bread 1" thick and cut a pocket in the top. Mix cream cheese and marmalade together, spread in bread pockets. Mix eggs, Half & Half and orange oil. Dip bread in egg mixture and cook until golden. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with Syrup: Heat heavy cream and brown sugar and bring to soft boil.
