Introduction
You're Invited
To sample a bit of country life with us at Lakeside Farm
in the northeastern corner of South Dakota between Aberdeen and Watertown.
Located on the north shore of Waubay Lake, one of the best fishing lakes in South Dakota.
Lakeside Farm is featured in the December/January 2007 issue of COUNTRY magazine
A Norwegian immigrant pioneer established a tree claim on the rugged, beautiful South Dakota prairie more than a century ago. He chose the spot for its fertile soil, gently rolling hills, and proximity to Waubay Lake. Today, his grandson Glenn Hagen and his wife, Joy, own and operate the farm.
Feel free to explore the grove, barns, and pastures, or just relax with a cup of tea in the farmhouse. Enjoy a long, leisurely morning in bed until you're awakened by the tantalizing smell of Joy's home-cooked breakfast.

We have room for four to five guests at Lakeside Farm Bed & Breakfast. The two guest rooms are on the second floor of the farmhouse; one is furnished with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The bathroom and shower, located on the same floor, serve both guest rooms.
