Overnite Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drain and save the juice
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (6 oz.) package instant lemon pudding mix
2 t. Tang
2 or 3 unpeeled apples, diced
2 or 3 bananas, diced

Dissolve Tang in pineapple juice.
Add instant pudding mix.
Stir until thick.
Fold in pineapples and oranges.
Chill overnight.

Before serving, add apples and bananas.
