  • In case of cancellation, we refund your deposit only if we can re-rent the room, minus $15 administrative fee.
  • Check In time is between 4 pm and 6 pm.
  • Check Out time is 11 am.

  • Season: June - Labor Day
  • Shoulder Season: Month of May / Day after Labor Day - September 30
  • Off Season: October- April
  • Weekday Special: Sunday - Thursday from October - April 30 (Off- Season)

  • The discount listed above is also good if you spread out your stays over one whole year or if you book at least three (3) rooms together. Sorry, no discounts during the Black Hills Harley Davidson Rally. For further questions and reservations call toll free at 1-888-253-4477.
