Betsy's Suite Betsy's Suite - This downstairs suite has been home to all our children. It is decorated with items from the past, recovered antiques and present day furniture. Enjoy your morning coffee in private, or join us upstairs.

3 bedrooms share a bath and a full suite with private bath, all named after the children that once occupied the rooms. Bedrooms on the middle floor and the suite may share the comfortable family room. There are games to play, books to read, paintings to view and a wonderful recliner to relax and/or prepare for the next days touring.

Patsy's Room - A combination of early American pine wood and crosheted accouterments. The Queen Elizabeth spread was a wedding gift, and the bedstead is from Dan's family home in Virginia. Patsy's Room

Dan's Room Danny's Room - The new fabrics mesh well with the Williamsburg replica desk/chest and recovered wingback chair. The boy's room set has some logs to remind you of another time.

All the bedrooms and the family room show some of Madaline's paintings.

  • Room Rates: $70 and up
  • Check-in: 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
  • Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
  • Breakfast: Served from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m.
  • Smoking Policy: Guests may soke anywhere on the wrap-around deck or in the yard, ask for an ash tray.
  • Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit, less a $10.00 bookkeeping fee, if we are able to fill the vacancy.
  • Tax: Rooms are subject to a 5% state sales tax and tourism tax.
  • Gift Certificates: Please, ask your host.
