Room Rates: Rates are for single or dual occupancy and include lodging and full breakfast.
Additional guests are $25 per person over age 7.
Payment by cash, local checks or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AE).
Seasonal Rates apply.
Seasonal: May 1st thru Sept. 15th = $125 (Rate does not included Sturgis Rally)
Shoulder Season: Sept. 15th - October 31 and April = $115
Winter Rates: Nov 1st - March 31 + $110
Check in 4:30 - 6:30 pm / Check out by 11 am.

Rose Suite

This spacious and comfortable suite comes with a breakfast nook for those relaxing,
intimate and enjoyable conversations over breakfast/coffee. Enjoy your own private hot tub and deck.
You can drive right up to the door and avoid steps.

Queen Ann Suite

Our lovely romantic honeymoon or special event hideaway is a split-level suite decorated in rich Victorian decor, with queen bed, full bath and dining/entertainment area. Enjoy the seclusion of a private covered hot tub and deck that overlooks the Hisega Valley and the Black Hills National Forest.

Bella's Cottage/Suite

This country, cottage-style suite has a comfortable and cozy atmosphere and comes with a
kitchenette/ dining area, living room and closed door bedroom for privacy.
The hot tub is located in a gazebo room off your personal deck for more privacy, and offers spectacular sunsets.

Woodland Suite

An Old English Cottage style makes this large, vaulted-ceiling and spacious
suite a step back in time with its gas fireplace, living room area, full bath and queen bed.
Enjoy the aromatic scent of the pines as you relax on the wrap-around veranda or use the hot
tub that sits under the open sky and overlooks the Hisega Valley and the Black Hills National Forest.

Policies
  • Advance reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment.
  • No minimun stay required.
  • No charge for children 7 years and younger.
  • All non-smoking suites
  • No pets allowed
  • Deposit amount required:
    • 50% during holidays and Special Events, all other times one (1) night's deposit due at booking.
    • Full balance due on arrival
  • Cancellations:
    • During Holidays or Special Events - 14 days. All other times 72 hours.
    • A $25 cancellation handling fee will apply always.
  • Discounts Available:
    • 10% Senior Citizens (65 and older)
    • 10% Active Military - must present Military ID Card
    • 10% Travel Agent Courtesy
    • 10% 4 day middle of the week stay (Monday-Thursday only) Minimum stay 4 days!
