Crumble crackers into a 11"x7"x2" baking dish. Combine remaining
ingredients. Pour over crackers, cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered
at 325° for 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes
out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Makes 8 servings.
