Wortham House - a Bed and Breakfast in one of America's oldest Gothic Revival Carriage Houses - offers three bedrooms with private baths and a large lounge with fireplace.
Wortham is set in an award winning formal garden behind the historic Isaac Motte Dart House (circa 1806) - a Category II house rated "Exceptional" in Historic Architectural Inventory by Feiss and White. The carriage house is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

The property has received The Carolopolis Award from The Preservation Society of Charleston and The Historic Charleston Foundation's highest award for preservation.
Wortham House has been featured in Classic Homes and Traditional Home magazines as well as two books - Sully's Charleston Style and Pringle's The Charleston Gardner. TV hosts Bob Villa and P. Allen Smith have filmed Wortham House.
Guests frequently comment that the house and gardens have a distinctive European atmosphere.
