Located just ten miles from historic Charleston, Water's Edge Inn offers a truly unique experience. Nestled on the scenic marsh, this totally new property is like no other in the area. Eight beautifully appointed guest rooms feature fireplaces, heavenly queen-size beds, Egyptian cotton sheets and down comforters, plasma flat screen televisions, clock radios with iPod ports, and both wireless telephone and internet. Individual refrigerators with Complementary bottled water and other beverages of your choice including coffee makers, tailor your room to your individual wishes.

Awaken to the smell of fresh brewed coffee and a hearty continental breakfast buffet served from 8 to 10 am daily. The pristine beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are only two short blocks away and guests are welcome to use either our bicycles or our shuttle service for quick and easy access. Feel free to wrap yourself in luxurious robes we provide for you and enjoy the relaxation of our large, outdoor hot tub overlooking the marsh. Complimentary cocktails and light hors d'oeuvres are available daily from 4 to 6 pm. At end (Folly Rd.) turn left and continue to the town of Folly Beach
