The Carrington Room Grand Victorian room named for the home's original 1892 honeymoon couple, with 12 foot ceilings, queen canopied 4-poster bed, ornamental fireplace with sitting area, and private bath. $325 - $350
The Spell Room The premier master bedroom features second floor verandah and beautiful hallmark turret, queen bed with arched canopy, intimate sitting area with working fireplace, private bath. $375 - $435
The Carr Room Romantic Victorian room with second floor verandah overlooking Battery and harbor, 12 foot ceilings, queen canopied bed, private bath. $325 - $395
The Queen Anne Room Stunning oval shaped room featuring 2 queen beds, ornamental fireplace, sitting area, original Victorian bath. $325 - $375
The Williams Room Premier room built for the Carrington's mother-in-law and now a favorite honeymoon choice, with private balcony overlooking courtyard, queen canopied bed, working fireplace and Victorian bath. $375 - $435
The Roberts Room Elegant third floor room with carved mahogany poster bed, beautiful Charleston artwork, detached bath with ball and claw tub. $200 - $225
The Canton Room Beautifully decorated blue and white room on the third floor featuring queen poster bed and picturesque windows, elegant furnishings and private bath. $225 - $250
The Granite Room Comfortable third floor room with 8-foot ceilings, queen pencil post bed, dormer windows and private bath. $200 - $225
The Music Room Elegant first floor Victorian room with 12 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, ornamental fireplace, queen canopied bed and sitting area with Charleston furnishings. The home's original music room. $315 - $335

Policies
  • Rates include a gracious Southern continental breakfast, a lowcountry afternoon tea and evening sherry.
  • 3-night minimum on weekends and holidays.
  • Deposit required at time of reservation.
  • Cancellation policy is three weeks prior to reservation date - handling fee $25 charged.
  • Rates do not include state and local tax and accommodation fees of 12.5%.
  • Smoke-free environment.
  • We accept personal checks, corporate checks, traveler's checks and cash.
  • Credit cards are not accepted.
  • Children over 12 years old are welcome.
  • 2006 rates go into effect on February 10, 2006.
