Antebellum B&B at Thomas Lamboll House

Built around 1739 by Thomas Lee for Thomas Lamboll, it has known many owners, most of whom have seen fit to make changes; however, through it all the house has maintained its original charm and atmosphere. Your hosts, Mr. and Mrs. Emerson Read invite you to journey back in time as you enjoy the ambiance and history of Charleston.

Comfortable queen size beds in cheerful rooms with Charleston's traditional old world style decor. The piazza over looks the tree tops with the Ashley River in the distance. The floors and hardware are original. The furniture is reproduction and antique, several of which belonged to Mrs. Read's great grandmother. Room rates range from $125 to $185 a night depending on the season. MasterCard or Visa are accepted.
