With Table Rock Mountain in front of you and the charm of our Victorian-style Inn behind you; what could be a more inspired setting for your event or wedding?
At The Inn AT TABLE ROCK wedding ceremonies, receptions and all other events are held outside on the front lawn to take full advantage of the gorgeous view of Table Rock Mountain, the peaceful, natural setting and fresh mountain air. Indoor meetings and events will be offered in the near future.
Events may be scheduled April through mid-November. The Inn can accommodate up to 80 people for events and 14 overnight guests. All events require the booking of the entire Inn, including six guest rooms for overnight accommodations.
WEDDING CEREMONY PACKAGES
Package One - (up to 14 overnight guests and 40 wedding attendees) includes:
Rental of the entire Inn, excluding Innkeeper's residence and lower level of the Inn, from 3pm day of check-in to Noon on check-out day.
Six beautifully-appointed guest rooms, each with private bath, for one night. Maximum occupancy is 14 people. The suite is ideal for the bride and bridesmaids as they prepare for the ceremony and may also be used for the honeymooning couple. Check out for guest rooms is 11am. Additional days for guest rooms may be added for $800-975 per day.
Breakfast for up to 14 registered Inn guests is included. Extra guests may join for $10, per person, plus tax and gratuity.
Inn decorations specifically for weddings/receptions.
Decorated outdoor arch for the ceremony.
White garden chairs for up to 40 people.
One hour allotted for rehearsal - must be scheduled between 3pm and 7pm.
One skirted 6' banquet table for guest register and gifts.
One parking attendant for 2 hours during the ceremony to handle guest arrivals/departures.
1-3 staff members will be available throughout entire stay.
Two hours for consultation and planning
Price: $2495 plus tax
Optional: One 15x15 white tent for $250
Package Two - (up to 14 overnight guests and 80 wedding attendees) includes:
All items in Package One plus additional chairs up to 80.
Price: $2695 plus tax

Time allotted for photos, prep, reception and cleanup is 6 hours.
1-3 staff members will be available throughout entire stay. Our staff will be happy to help with table decorations, if needed. For cake cutting/serving and bartending please go through your caterers for staffing.
Time allotted for serving alcohol is 2 hours maximum and the alcohol must not be served one hour prior to reception end. The party reserving the Inn is responsible for bringing, serving and liability.
Dance floors are not permitted at this time. The grand piano in the parlor may be used for music/entertainment by a trained musician.

Optional: 20x40 white tent add $500
Package Two - (up to 14 overnight guests and 80 reception attendees) includes:
" All items in Package One plus 5 additional tables with linen and 40 additional white garden chairs.
Price: $2995 plus tax.
Optional: 20x40 white tent - add $500 or 40' hexagon white tent - add $650
We are happy to recommend preferred vendors for catering, wedding cakes, photography, music and flowers for the bridal party.
A contract is required and 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
OTHER EVENTS
