Date Changes
Reserving accommodations at The Red Horse Inn constitutes and creates a legally binding contract, whether you reserve orally or in writing. By accepting your reservation, we agree to hold the room, cottage or other facility for you on the date(s) requested, and to turn down other requests for the same accommodation on those date(s). By requesting the reservation, you agree to pay for the accommodations and date(s) you have reserved. Therefore, date changes are considered cancellations, to which our cancellation policy applies.

Cancellations
Our cancellation policy permits a 50% rebate of the deposit if more than 7 days notice is given prior to the originally reserved day of arrival. No shows and cancellations within the 7 day period forfeit the entire amount of the stay. Check-in is 4-6 P.M. (please let us know if you will arrive after 6). Check-out is 11 A. M.

Inn Room Pricing
The per night prices are $185 for the East Bedroom, $165 for the Croft Bedroom, $155 for the Manger Bedroom, $170 for the Dovecote Bedroom, $180 for the Gable Bedroom, and $160 for the Aviary Bedroom. All prices shown are before tax.

Cottage Pricing
The per night prices are $280 for the Springhouse Cottage; $270 for the Hayloft Cottage, double occupancy, plus tax; $220.00 for the Huntbox and Carriage Bay Cottages, and $240 for the Grainary Cottage. All prices shown are double occupancy, before tax. NOTE: The Huntbox is only $270 before tax for a family of four.*

Extra Beds and Housekeeping
If a second bed needs to be made to accommodate two singles, an extra $25.00 per day fee is charged. The prices do not include daily housekeeping which is optional at $25.00 per day, however, housekeeping is required by the third day.

Guests staying one week in one of our cottages receive one night free. NOTE: Inn Rooms include daily housekeeping in the price, but do not receive the weekly discount of one free night.

Family Discount
If a family of four (two adults, two children) is traveling together, the Huntbox Cottage may be reserved for only $270 per night, before tax.

General

• A two-night minimum is required on weekends. Our fire codes allow only four people in a cottage at one time.
• No smoking is allowed inside any of our buildings.
• We maintain a beer and wine license at the Inn. Therefore, we thank you in advance for NOT bringing your own alcoholic beverages of any kind onto the premises.
• Please inquire about our conference facilities and rates.
• Please let us know if we can make dinner reservations for you or if you would like nightly turn-down.
• We are a pet friendly property (the Stables Cottage only). A $25 cleaning fee per pet is charged, and an additional $50 deposit is required.
• Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.
• No motor homes, RV's, or trailers of any kind.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
