Guest Rate: $165 per night double occupancy. Reservation Policy: The Cottage accomodates two persons luxuriously. The small size of our bed and breakfast makes reservations necessary. There is a 2 night minimum for stays which include a Friday or Saturday night. Occasionally a single Friday or Saturday night may be available if guests who are staying several days arrive or depart on a Saturday. Single weekend nights may also become available one week in advance of the desired date. A reservation is confirmed with a deposit of one night's room charge received within 7 days of making the reservation. Reservations may be held by personal check or major credit card. Deposits less a 10% fee are refundable with 2 weeks advance notice of the cancellation. Refunds for cancellations with less than 2 weeks advance notice will be made if the Cottage is able to be rented for the cancelled dates.
