Mother's Room

Mother's Room Located on the main floor, the room features the original beaded pine board walls, twelve foot ceiling, and a brick wall above the fireplace that gives a natural warmth to the room. The four post mahogany pineapple queen bed creates a romantic air to this very elegant and delightful room. There is a double French door opening on to a porch with ceiling fans and wicker furniture. The private bath features a large tile shower with two shower heads and a seat, an antique pedestal sink, and an oak medicine cabinet with beveled mirror. Rates: $145 per night/double; $125 per night/single.

Jeff's Room Located on the second floor, (queen bed) this masculine room begs for you to curl up with a good book in the colonial rocking chair while savoring the room's cozy country flavor enhanced by the working fireplace and the country braided rugs. The room is decorated with green and burgundy that compliment the rich wood antique furniture. There is a writing table that looks out the dormer window and affords the guest a view of the tree lined driveway and fields that surround the house. The private bath is a continuation of the bedroom and has a large tile shower with seat, mini claw foot tub, and pedestal sink. Rates: $145 per night/double; $125 per night/single.

Stewart's Room Also located on the second floor, this light and airy spacious room with oak plank flooring is decorated with oak antiques which gives our guest a feeling of a warm spring day regardless of the season. Relax in front of the wood burning fireplace on the beautiful antique bed (queen) that has been passed down through our family for generations. The private bath features a charming oak stand with a marble sink, a large claw foot tub, and tile shower. There is a certain charm to this room and it is your host's favorite room. Rates: $145 per night/double; $125 per night/single.

Guest Information

• For the comfort of our guests and ourselves, we do not permit smoking in our home. Smoking is allowed outside only.
  
• Children are not allowed.
  
• Dogs may be kenneled. Arrangements must be made in advance of your arrival.
  
• Arrangements for other meals and picnics may be made with the Innkeeper.
  
• Reservations accepted in advance Thursday-Saturday. During special events we will be open all week.
  
• Payment by check or cash only, no credit cards. Advance deposit required for the first night's rate.
  
• 72 hour cancellation policy for full refund. Special event weeks - one month cancellation policy for refund.
  
• Room rates increase for Master's Week. Please call for rates.
