The Carriage House Club restaurant has been featured in Southern Living magazine as a terrific "Food Find" in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. Author, Mark G. Stith, raves about the thick and rich she-crab soup along with the other delectable dishes he sampled at the Club; the Pawleys Island crab cake served with lobster-tarragon sauce, oven-roasted duck breast with blueberries and port reduction, and the pièce de résistance, bourbon pecan pie.

• The Beach House: Litchfield Plantation's own 3-story oceanfront beach club house is located on nearby Pawleys Island, known for its old homes and unspoiled character. Enjoy private parking and direct beach access. Ground floor dressing areas have showers, and the second floor breezeway is a cool spot for bring-your-own lunches. The third floor has even finer furnishings for special occasions on a reservation-only basis.

The Ball Room Suite: The exceptionally spacious Ball Room Suite features a large living room area, a four-poster king size bed and a beautiful bathroom containing a double Jacuzzi and adjoining glass-enclosed shower. The Villas at Litchfield Plantation are situated in tranquil wooded settings offering spacious three bedroom accommodations, ideal for couples, families or corporate groups. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, telephones, and cable TV. Villa Rooms may feature private patios overlooking Chapel Creek, some include hot tub. These are beautifully appointed dwellings and offer an abundance of common areas. The Villas are fully equipped with a modern kitchen, dining room and living room.

The Tucker's Woods Cottage offers first and second floor porches facing a lake, reminiscent of a low country plantation house. The spacious accommodations average 1200 sf and are complete with dining room, living room, den and fully equipped kitchen.

Chapel Creek Villas are large town homes (2500 sf) that feature landscaped courtyard entrances and private patios overlooking the natural beauty of Chapel Creek. Constructed of rough-hewn cypress and natural clay brick, these homes are graced with mature cypress, holly and majestic Live Oaks. Each Villa has a casually elegant style with three bedrooms, most have king or two queen beds, large closet areas and spacious bathrooms. Spa Rooms have a king size bed, a spacious bathroom with tub and a private screened porch with hot tub. All bedrooms have data port connections, telephone and cable television.

• Deposit and Cancellation: A deposit equal to the daily rate is required to confirm a reservation of one or two days; a two day deposit is required for three or more days. Refunds will be made only if cancellations are made 14 days in advance of arrival. Please understand a deposit assures that your accommodation will be available as confirmed, and insures the inn that the accommodation is sold as confirmed. Therefore, when situations arise necessitating your cancellation within the 14 day limit, we do sympathize, but we must maintain our business policy.

Flexible meeting space is located in one wing of our Carriage House Club. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame our largest meeting room which can be set u-shape, classroom, conference or theater style. Coffee breaks are elegantly served in the adjoining library. For groups that require privacy, complete resort buy-out is available. Day meetings are also welcome, based upon availability.
