Tariff Rooms are $135.00 - $175.00 for single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to change without notice. A full breakfast is included in the room rate, as well as afternoon refreshments. Check-in is by appointment as scheduled with hostess. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Harbor House is smoke-free. Smoking is allowed on the porches in designated areas. We are sorry but Harbor House is not equipped to handle children or pets. To confirm a reservation, we require a deposit equal to one half of the total bill for your stay made by cash, check or credit card. The balance will be due upon arrival. Payment by personal check, traveler’s check or cash is preferred. Please notify us immediately if a cancellation becomes necessary. Reservations cancelled 7 days or more in advance of the reserved date are eligible for refund of the deposit less a $10.00 service charge. Deposits will be forfeited if cancelled less than 7 days before the reserved date. Failure to arrive is considered a cancellation. You will be charged for all dates reserved, so please confirm dates carefully.

Annie C. Ross Romance abounds in this light and airy queen room overlooking the sparkling water.	Morgan Room Nautical is the theme for this queen room overlooking the harbor.
Private Baths Each of our beautifully appointed guest rooms comes with a private bath.	Sea Cloud Room Spacious light filled room with king size four poster bed, sitting area and spectacular view.
