The efficiency kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, dishes, and utensils. Guests staying in the cottage can have a breakfast basket delivered to their door. |

Samantha's Room From the massive farmhouse queen bed to the timeless toile accents, cottage charm describes this comfortable blue room, which will have you feeling anything but blue. Floral draped windows afford wonderful views of the farm and surrounding countryside. The spacious private bath has a large shower and two pedestal sinks. |

Elizabeth's Room Country elegance describes this restful yellow guestroom. The stately four-poster queen bed will add new meaning to the phrase, "climbing into bed at night". This room also contains the stairway to the attic, but not to worry, there have been no reports of anything going bump in the night. The private bath to this room has a large shower, a vanity, and pedestal sink. |
| Located between Samantha's Room and Elizabeth's Room is a butler's pantry with a refrigerator, coffee pot, teakettle, and telephone. Soft drinks and bottled water are complimentary. All rooms have TV/VCR and there is a video library. |
