Check-in is from 4-10 p.m. Arrangements can easily be made in advance for early or late arrivals. Check-out: Mon.-Sat. 11:00a.m. Sun. - Main House 10:00a.m. Sun.-Sat. 11:00a.m. The Carriage House & The Garden Cottage and Retreat on Main. Sunday only - a pre-arranged late 1:00 p.m. check-out on an availability basis only. SMOKING POLICY: No indoor smoking. If indoor smoking is detected, Breeden Inn imposes an automatic $250 fee, in addition to the reserved stay. No refund will be given. Smoking is permitted on the porches. CHILDREN: At hosts discretion. Responsible parental supervision is required. With four houses, we are able to carefully place families, keeping other guests in mind. Sorry, no pets... though we are happy to reserve a spot for your cat, dog, or horse at two nearby kennels. Breeden Inn has a no candle policy. Candles are not permitted within our buildings. Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy varies. Please inquire at the time your reservation is made. Breeden Inn retains a separate $25 administrative fee per room and per night booked in the event of cancellation.
