Light pine green in color, The Heart Room offers two double size beds, including an 1800's sleigh bed that is centered within a bay window. Romantic period artwork,numerous needlepoints, and a large 1800's mirrored dresser which belonged to the innkeeper's great grandparents, are fitting in this Victorian room. A desk handcrafted by Wesley allows for old fashioned letter writing or necessary paperwork. The private bathroom has an English tiled washstand. Ralph Lauren wallcoverings reflect the rooms bedding and window treatments. A shower closet with original imported Italian tiles and a large separate bathtub were added to the house in 1905. $150 Single or double. $25 each additional guest. Sleeps 4.

Hunter's Retreat is hunter green in color with lavish designer bed linens. Large, original 19th century hunt scenes grace the walls. Furnishings include a sofa, rare mission oak clergy desk, a Martha Washington chair, an ornate Eastlake shaving stand and an intimate social reading area. Framed needlepoint samplers dated 1900 share a gallery with American folk art. The Inn's lush rear grounds and side gardens can be viewed. Beds are king and twin. $150 Single or double $25 each additional guest. Plus 11% tax. Sleeps 3. Hunter's Retreat is the Inn's only guest room that does not have a bath within the room itself. The bath is private, and is located 8 feet from the room and very well connected. The bathroom reflects the bedroom decor. It has a shower.

Hunter's Retreat is just that...a place where you can retreat to unwind in a wonderfully warm, masculine setting.

• The Heart Room & Hunter's Retreat are located on the second floor off the center hall area. Though each bedroom has its own TV with Cable & VCR, guests often enjoy gathering for movie watching, reading or board gaming. This area views Main Street through a beautiful arched beveled glass door with side transoms.
• An around the clock hospitality area offers complimentary coffees/teas, packaged snacks, a microwave and a refrigerator stocked with bottled water and soda.
• Access to the Inn video/DVD library and reading library.
• The enjoyment of numerous common rooms, a large in-ground swimming pool, hammocks, porches with rockers, swings, gliders, a joggling board & ceiling fans. Piano. Binoculars and birding field guide books, bicycles.
