Located on the first floor, Room #1 has direct access to the first floor piazza. Relax and enjoy the queen bed in this room along with the private shower and tub.
Located on the second floor, Room #3 features a direct access to the second floor piazza, a queen four poster bed, and a private bath with shower.

Room #4
A lovely queen canopy bed adorns this wonderful second floor room. Room #4 also has direct access to the piazza and a private bath with shower.
An extravagant Four-Poster queen bed is featured in this room that also has access to the second floor piazza and a private bath with shower.
Room #2: Up on the second floor you will find more of our rooms. A smaller yet cozy room, Room #2 features a double bed and private bath with shower.
Room #6: Moving on up to the third floor you will find Room #6 featuring a queen bed and a love seat with single sleeper and private bath with shower.
Suite: Master bedroom with Queen Sleigh Bed. Sitting room with Queen sleeper sofa, refrigerator and wing chair. Antique Furnishings. Private bath with shower. Heart Pine floors and oriental carpets. This room can accomodate up to four people (sitting room is alcove). Be sure to indicate number of people in drop-down box when reserving.
The Carriage House: This lovely and private accommodation features a large living room with sofa and wing chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs you will find a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. 1 1/2 baths completes the accommodations for up to five people. (select the number of guests below the calendar) The carriage house features wood floors and oriental carpets and contains about 850 sq. ft. There is also a twin size rollaway. Maximum capacity for this carriage house is 5.

We are a "No Smoking Inn" (smoking permitted only on the first floor piazza).

Reservations cancelled before 7 days of your arrival will incur a $25 service charge. Reservations cancelled within 7 days of your arrival will find the guest fully responsible for the full cost of their stay unless the room can be re-rented. All cancellations must be made via phone with our Innkeepers.
Check-in is between 3 and 5 pm. This will give us sufficient time to ready your room. Please note that early check-ins are available only during our off season. An Innkeeper will also be available until 8 pm for check-ins. Please call us if your arrival time is later than 8 pm.
Check out is 10 am following breakfast between 8 and 9 am.
Although we do provide off street parking for our guests, our lot is not able to accommodate large over-sized vehicles such as vans, trucks, campers and RV's.
