The Weatherly Cottage Bed & Breakfast
 This lovely traditional B&B is located in the quiet residential southern end of Newport, Rhode Island within walking distance to downtown and a majority of attractions. The Breakers, Marble House, Chateau Sur-Mer and The Elms are all close by. These turn-of-the-century "Newport Cottages" were utilized like bed & breakfasts as their owners entertained continually in those days.

Newport is world renowned for its history, architecture, cliff walk, music festivals, sailing, golf, tennis, fishing, beaches, restaurants, pubs and a whole lot more.

Patti Toppa, your hostess, has taken great care in providing you the utmost in meticulously clean, comfortable, attractive and relaxed accomodations. (Ask her about the "White Tornado Story.")

  • Outdoor deck and large enclosed yard with gas grill, table and benches
  • Full breakfast

  • Private or shared entrance, bath

Rates and Information
  • Rates are seasonal and range between $95 to $145 per room, per night and are subject to State & Local taxes.
  • We will accommodate your request for a one night stay during the week, Sunday thru Thursday only.
  • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise arranged.
  • Check-out time: 11:30 a.m.

After a restful night's sleep, wake up to the aroma of a Full Breakfast served in Patti's spacious kitchen with, as always, that bottomless cup of coffee. If, while having breakfast, served between 8:00 a.m & 10:00 a.m., you have any questions regarding Newport attractions, ask Patti. Being a "Native Newporter", Patti can provide you with the "Locals point of View."
