From Boston:
Follow Rt. 128 S to Rt. 24 S to 138 S into Newport
Turn left onto 138A S and up to Memorial Blvd. Take your 2nd right coming up Memorial Blvd onto Eustis Ave.
Travel down Eustis approx. 1 mile. You will see a crosswalk and Loyola Terr. is your next right.
Reed Rose Cottage is the first house on the left, No. 8. Please pull into the driveway and park on the left hand side. You will enter through the gate.

From Green Airport/Providence:
Follow 95 S to Rt. 4 S to 138 E. Follow signs to the Newport Bridge.
Take 2nd exit after crossing the bridge. Take left at light at the end of the exit. Jai Alai will be across the street.
Continue up the hill through 2 traffic lights, a Sunoco gas station will be on the right.
Take your first right after the gas station (Freeborn St.) Proceed down Freeborn, at 2nd stop sign take a right.
Take your next left onto Eustis Ave. Loyola Terr. is your 2nd left. Reed Rose Cottage is the first house on the left, No. 8.
