Newport, Rhode Island (RI) Bed & Breakfast: Located a scant block from town in a residential neighborhood. We recently added gardens and sitting areas in our massive backyard. Spacious rooms with private baths, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. Amenities include plenty of off-street parking, complimentary refreshments in the afternoon, and plenty of warm Yankee hospitality. On the first floor we have a dining room where a full three course breakfast is served each morning between 8 and 10 AM. Guests awaken to the aroma of freshly baking bread and coffee brewing.

The city of Newport is located on Aquidneck Island in Newport County, Rhode Island. Newport has a cozy, New England beach town setting. Find a Newport bed and breakfast amidst historic colonial homes and Gilded Age mansions, and with coastlines to the east, west and south, you can hear the water from your Newport inn. If you like sailing or fishing, than be sure to check out the local boats for rent – Newport, after all, is the sailing capital of the US.
