If walking is your choice, the cliff walk offers unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean, and a back door look at some of the beautiful mansions along the way. All rooms in the private homes are attractive, up to date, inviting and charming, as well as meticulously clean. Full or continental plus breakfasts are included. Some of the rooms are equipped with coffee pots, microwaves, refrigerators, televisions, phones and A/C or fans. There are private and shared baths. Cottage & apts to sleep 3 to 4 people. Rate range $99 to $195.00. Subject to state and local taxes. Reservations are secured with prepayment of 1/2 amount due. Balance in cash, Traveler's, personal checks or credit cards. Cancellation Policy 2 weeks notice to cancel, If room is re-rented, deposit will be returned. Otherwise full amount is charged. Check-in time: 4 pm to 7 pm (unless otherwise arranged) Check-out time: 11:30 am Breakfast served to your room between 8:30 and 9:30 am Deposits refunded with two weeks notice, subject to $20 service charge
