Each of the 15 spacious guestrooms offers hand-crafted early American reproduction furniture, Stearns and Foster mattresses, a comfortable reading chair, desk, a private marble tiled bathroom and many other amenities. Most rooms offer a gas fireplace or stove and rooms with a kitchenette are available for long term visitors to Providence.

Guest Room Rates:
March through October November through February
Weekdays $130-150 per night Weekdays $120-140 per night
Weekends $160-180 per night Weekends $130-140 per night

Rate and Policy Information:

  • Corporate rates are available.
  • A full breakfast and off-street parking are included in our rates, which are based on double occupancy.
  • Additional person in room is $25/night.
  • Rates may increase during some special event periods.
  • A major credit card (Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover) is required to reserve a room and weekend stays require prepayment.
  • Our cancellation policy requires a 7 day prior to arrival notice for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days will be fully refunded if the space reserved is rebooked.
  • Two-night minimum on some Saturday nights and special events.
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • We cannot accommodate guest pets.
  • Children are welcome.
  • Weekend and special event periods are prepaid.
  • Check-in time is 2:00 - 9:30 p.m. and Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • Discounts Available: 10% AAA and 10% AARP.
