The mansion is conveniently located walking distance from Providence Place Mall, downtown Providence, Brown University, Rhode Island School of Design and the Convention Center.

One of the few small luxury hotels in Providence, the Christopher Dodge House is truly an architectural gem featuring 11 foot ceilings, marble fireplace mantels, ornate plaster moldings and many original tin ceilings. Built in 1858, the house served as the primary residence of the Dodge family until 1901 when it was converted to an apartment house. A century of rental use took its toll on the property and it was the pleasure of the present proprietors to restore it to its original stately grandeur.
