Chambord Bed & Breakfast - Newport, Rhode Island

The Chambord Bed & Breakfast is a circa 1863, 137-year-old restored Victorian in the heart of Newport, located 1/2 mile from beautiful beaches, an active waterfront, and many charming shops and restaurants. The Chambord is conveniently located near the famous Newport Mansions as well as the Newport Tennis Hall of Fame.

Both Regina and Robert are active artists who work in many media. Their works form a subtle theme throughout the B&B, which are sampled in the Chambord Morrissey Gallery.

In the heart of residential Newport, enjoy a cozy and private roof top deck (The Hidden Roof-Top Hide-Away) where the crowning architectural highlights of Newport are just a glance away, in a loft suite that only artists could design. Paris has nothing over this.

Accommodations
At the Chambord, you will enjoy tastefully appointed rooms, each uniquely decorated by Robert and Regina - artists, owners, and innkeepers. Choose one of our cozy rooms with such features as a whirlpool, working fireplace and television. Our front porch is furnished for your relaxation. Take advantage of our new outdoor spa. We can accommodate small business events, and offer a neighborhood B&B experience for larger groups, as well.

Breakfast
A full complementary gourmet breakfast is served daily in your room.

Reservation & Deposit Policy
Deposit of 50% is required on two or more nights. For reservations of one night a full payment deposit is required. Some reservations may require additional restrictions. All deposits are due one week from the time the reservation is made. Reservation is confirmed by mail.

Cancellation Policy
For deposit refund, cancellations must be made at least 15 full days prior to date of arrival. There will be a $25 per room handling fee on all refunds. Large groups must be secured. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival date, then a deposit refund will be made to the extent the accommodations can be rented again over the entire reserved period. Balance forfeited for late arrival or early departure.

Private parking.

No smoking.

No pets.

Children over the age of ten are welcomed.
