  • $25.00 charge for each additional person per day.
  • Weekend and weekly rates not applicable on special event/holiday week/weekends.
  • Rates are subject to 7% Rhode Island sales tax and 6% Newport rooms' tax.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Two Night Minimum Stay on weekends.
  • Three Night Minimum Stay on Special Event and Holiday Weekends.
  • Deposit of one night is required by check, VISA, or M/C to confirm reservation.
  • Reservations may be cancelled 14 days or more before reservation date.
    $25 fee for cancellations.
  • Cancellations less than 14 days before reservation date, a credit minus the
    $25.00 fee may be used for a future stay.
  • Check-in: 2-8 pm, Check-out: 11 am.
  • Children under 12 will be accommodated in the Cottage Annex only.
  • Smoking permitted only on the Sundeck.
  • Sorry, no pets.
