Cherry-Berry on a Cloud
From WOODLAND COVE BED & BREAKFAST
Meringue: 6 egg whites 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 3/4 cup sugar
Filling:
Beat egg whites until foamy, add cream of tartar and salt, beat until stiff. Beat in sugar gradually. Whip heavy cream then fold into cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Add mini marshmallows. Spread over meringue. When ready to serve, top with the berry layer and of cherry pie filling, mixed with sliced strawberries and lemon juice. |
