Breakfast Sausage Casserole

From
Saute:
1/3 lb of sausage and drain.

Then stir in:
1/3 c. of onons
1 lg clove of garlic and
1/2 c. of bell peppers chopped and
1/2 pkg of ham

Stir fry until soft.
Tear 4 slices of bread into small pieces into baking dish and top with sausage mixture.
Mix 6 eggs, beaten
1 c. of evaporated milk with 1 c. of water.
Add 1 t. of dry mustard
1/2 t. salt and pepper and pour over entire mixture.
Spread 1 c, of grated cheddar cheese over top and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.

GARNISH with:
Portebella mushrooms sauteed with
1/2 c. of chopped onions and
1/2 c. of red bell pepper.

Serve with sliced fresh tomatoes!
