Whipped Sweet Potatoes

Directions

18 – 20 Sweet Potatoes
1/2 pound of Hone Butter
1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar

 

Method of Production:

Peel Sweet Potatoes and dice into cubes. Steam until fork tender (Approx. 1 Mins). Place Potatoes in mixing bowl and add Cream, Brown Sugar, Honey Butter and mash everything together. You can use a mixer if you desire. Add Honey Butter until sweetness is to your liking.
