12oz of Cottage Cheese
4 Tbsp of Butter
8oz of Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
8oz of Sour Cream
2 Tbsp of Flour
1/8 tsp of Pepper
2 Cups of Shredded Cheese
1 Small Onion (Diced)
1 Small Zucchini
2 Cups of Fresh Spinach (chopped)
Method of Production:
Whip the cream cheese and sour cream together. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix lightly.
Pour Mixture into a greased 2 inch half pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick tests clean.
Place 1 Square onto the plate and garnish with sour cream, or salsa.
