Stuffed Shrimp

Ingedients:

24 Jumbo shrimp (Peeled, Deveined, and Butterflied)
50 Ritz Crackers
1 Roll
1/2 cup of Parsley
1/4 cup of butter
3 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice
3 tbsp of parmesan cheese
2 1/2 tbsp of mayo
3 1/2 tsp of garlic
1/2 tsp of old bay

Method of Production:

Pulse cracker, bread and parsley in food processor just to blend a little, chunks are ok.
Place butterfly shrimp on a baking sheet
Melt butter in a sauce pan and cook garlic until tender and aromatic
Add all dry ingerdients and mix together
Add lemon juice and mayo (Mix Well)
Once everything is combined remove from heat and distribute evenly onto butterfly shrimp
Bake on 350 for 15 mins

Top
