Crustless Crab QuicheFrom WHISPERING PINES BED & BREAKFAST
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
- pinch of salt
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- pinch nutmeg
- 1/4 cup diced crabmeat
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
Lightly grease a 10-inch glass pie plate. In food processor, blend the first 8 ingredients. Pour the mixture into a large bowl and stir in the crabmeat and monterey jack cheese.
Pour mixture into the prepared pie plate and bake for 45 - 60 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
