Green Chile CornbreadFrom WESTVIEW BED & BREAKFAST
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 2 cans (1 lb, 1 oz. size) Cream Style Corn
- 1 can (4 oz.) Chopped Green Chiles; undrained
- 2 pkgs. (12 oz. size) Cornbread Muffin Mix
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13 by 9 by 2-inch pan.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together with a large spoon.
Turn batter into prepared pan and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until cornbread tests done when a toothpick is inserted in center and surface is a rich golden brown.
Cool 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm.
