Ingredients

  • 8 or more Slices Cubed Bread (no crust)
  • 2 - 8 oz. pkgs Cream Cheese; cubed
  • 1 dozen Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup

Directions

Put bread cubes into greased, oblong glass pan (9x13).

Add 2 - 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese, cubed.

Whip 1 dozen eggs and combine with 2 cup milk and 1/3 cup maple syrup.

Pour over bread and cheese cubes.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10. Serve with extra maple syrup.
