From THE VICTORIAN VERANDA BED & BREAKFAST
1 c. cold water
1 c. cold milk
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
4 T. melted margarine
1 c. cold milk
4 eggs

4 T. melted margarine
Blend water, milk, eggs and salt well. Add flour then margarine. Blend again. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Spray 7" skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Pour 4 T. batter into skillet and rotate to spread evenly. Cook 1 minute; turn and brown other side 30 seconds. Refrigerate 2-3 days or freeze between wax paper. Thaw in refrigerator.
