2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 - 16 oz. can of cream style corn
2/3 c. milk
10 crushed saltine crackers (singles)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 c. grated American cheese (or Velveeta)
1 T. chopped green chilis

Mix and pour into greased 2 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
