1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. white sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/4 c. quick oatmeal 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Blend egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and chips. Shape into 1" balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10-11 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes approximately 2 dozen. |
