Sausage Casserole

Serves 8

8 slices bread, cubed
1 lb regular or hot sausage cooked, drained, and crumbled
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
8 eggs, lightly beaten
2 2/3 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustard

Spray a 9x13 pan with PAM cooking spray

Layer bread cubes, sausage, and cheese in pan.
Combine eggs, milk, and dry mustard and pour over bread, sausage and cheese mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, set out on counter for 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 55 minutes.
