Asparagus and Ham Strata
From STONEWALL JACKSON INN BED AND BREAKFAST
INGREDIENTS: 1/4 cup butter 1/2 pound fresh asparagus (or 2 cans drained asparagus spears or pieces) 1 medium bell pepper, chopped 1 medium onion, diced 1 loaf French bread, cubed (8 cups) 2 cups Cheddar Cheese 1 cup chopped ham 1/2 cup honey 8 eggs 2-1/2 cups milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
PREPARATION: Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
