Spinach Casserole

Chester is the home of Popeye so a recipe with spinach is a must.

Ingredients

  • 3 pkgs Frozen chopped spinach: thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 small pkg Softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz Sour cream
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom or celery soup
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Mix together spinach, cream chees, sour cream and soup

 

2. Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese

 

3. Pour mixture into casserole or baking dish

 

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes

 

Specially good served with scrambled eggs
