Blueberry Sauce
From SILVER STAR B&B INN
2 cups fresh, frozen blueberries 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract Put all the ingredients into a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer uncovered for about 8 minutes, or until the mixture becomes slightly syrupy and the blueberries are soft but still intact. |
