½ cup whole frozen strawberries 1 packet no-calorie sweetener 1 cup cooked old fashioned oatmeal ½ cup fat free vanilla yogurt 1 Tbsp sliced almonds Place strawberries and sweetener in the microwave-safe dish and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Layer parfait glass with strawberries, oatmeal, yogurt and bananas. Top with almonds. Serves 4 |
